Hey Kids, I mean, “Lambs,”
Just like every other week, THIS WEEK was FULL (and I mean FULL-FILLED FULL!).
Luna, the Maremma Livestock Guardian Dawg got introduced to Porcupines (OUCH!) which meant we had to find a Veterinarian.. FAST!.
After a bunch of desperate phone calls to multiple animal hospitals,. we found Dr. Java who was great!
Plus our very first Lamb was born!
Regarding last week’s DRAMA TRAUMA… Everything got resolved around staying on this farm for the present and foreseeable future.
The Cows & Pigs are getting CLOSE to THEIR calving and farrowing times.
AND after years of kind of giving up on “awards” and “contests” I entered songs into the Posi Awards letting go of any attachments or expectations (ok ATTEMPTING to let go of any and awl attachments).
THE BOTTOM LINE: Last week’s rain is GONE! The Sun came out!
The weather has been spectacular and Life is Popping everywhere!
