If you’re looking for beef that is NOT the result of factory farming and NOT pumped full round-up ready Glysophate sprayed grains or vaccines and antibiotics just to keep them alive long enough make it to slaughter, you’ve come to the right place.

At this point in our farm church journey the animals NEVER leave the farm. They are never jammed on a truck and sent to a feedlot. As we say in the regenerative ranching business, “They have a great life and one bad moment.”

The result is stress hormone free, tender meat that tastes great.

We are just in the beginning stages of regenerative, organic, grass fed/grass finished beef production. Since it takes 2 years to raise a steer for harvest, we have a ways to go.

In the meantime, we’ve partnered with Cory Vineyard who’s Dexters graze right along side our Belted Galloways. He had his first harvest recently and the result was pretty amazing. Tender. Clean tasting, toxin free food.

NOTE: Because we are a small startup farm, our meat is NOT “certified” organic. But it IS. Plus, WE eat this meat too and we raise this beef because it’s the kind of beef WE want to eat.
