Ursula’s mom and member of the extended Healing Pastures Farm Church community, Lori Kleef submitted this lovely recipe for “The perfect healthy Memorial day meal.”
It never occurred to me before that when you combine Ground pork with Ground grass fed beef it TASTES AMAZING!
In fact I made these burgers last night and made enough for tonight as well. The only thing we did different was my dad chopped up some sweet onion and we mixed that into the mix.
I used our own ground pork and my Neighbor Elliot Rodee’s grass fed beef. If you’re interested in procuring some for your own table use the handy contact form here: Contact!
